Executive Summary:

AttendR is an Android app based Attendance Management Solution. This APP is connected with inbuilt web-based backend which shall be operated either through intranet or internet, based on configuration. We do believe that there’re many enterprises who are not having either an automated card based or figure print access control system. Moreover, they have the intention to properly manage their human resources through a flexible and convenient solution. Nowadays even with an existing automated access control system, companies are integrating APP based attendance system providing additional flexibility to employees and HR personnel to manage attendance. So, the online attendance system is a completely effective solution.

Online Attendance System has two parts with their own features.

• Android App: User/Employee logs in to the app and marks his entry or exit to the office or specific location. The app supports the user to see his own attendance history & available colleagues in the office. Moreover, the APP has an individual and combined user view. An individual view is relevant to a single user accessing the APP from his own device and the combined user view is applicable for a front executive who can assist any user to provide their attendances from a TAB.
• Server / web-based ADMIN Panel: This part of the system supports Hr/ADMIN to search/generate reports/analytics on employees’ attendance data including a convenient employee database management. Moreover, the web-based interface allows any user to log in & track his/her own historical data as well as provide attendance even from the web portal. The web portal is built with responsive design, hence any user can access from different types of devices.
